Governor Gregoire Kicks Off Her Campaign with Governor Richardson!

It’s very exciting to work around staff and supporters of political campaigns but if it’s for the successful governor of our wonderful state of Washington, then it’s exhilarating!
The usual private reception line gave way to private reception candids but that didn’t stop nearly everyone to want a pic with the popular governors. Even Gov. Gregoire’s nephew gets some campaign action! Comedian Peggy Platt was side-splitting funny as a faux-supporter of the other party’s candidate and Franklin 9th grader, Jullian Barrington was impressive in his introduction of our governor.
Governor Gregoire packed the Westin Hotel Ballroom with supporters and the respected former presidential candidate and New Mexico Governor, Bill Richardson, culminated the event with a rousing, standing-ovation speech.
