The “Kid’s Cove” at Bellevue Square

For kids, the biggest, newest, softest and funnest part of Bellevue Square – and recently kid-tested to be sure of these claims – is Kid’s Cove on the 3rd floor above Center Court. Complete with a soft bench seat/protective wall and tables w/chairs, moms can leave their stroller at the valet station (yeah, you read right), grab a mocha and muffin from the huge Tully’s Coffee cart then sit back and watch their kids play their hearts out! Everything is safe and soft including the sinking-spongy-soft carpet in the play area and there’s lots of room to roam, crawl through, slide down, or climb. The Square pulled out all the stops for this opening – clowns, face painting, sailor caps, balloons in all shapes and sizes, and free t-shirts. The families had lots of fun! As Red Fish Blue Fish , we photograph among many other things, a lot of families and kids so we felt right at home and that left us, you know, with a soft feeling inside!
